This archive presents the principal Aventura criminal complaint, later sworn corrections, and the supporting exhibits identified in those filings.
The original complaint asks the Aventura Police Department to open a formal investigation, assign a detective, obtain identified records, and independently examine the Florida-connected conduct set out in the filing. The complainant distinguishes firsthand knowledge from witness and documentary material, and submits conclusions on intent, identity, coordination, and liability for independent investigation.

Original Criminal Complaint — Aventura Police Department
The complaint names Evelyn Yudowitz and Ken W. Shulman. It records threats, solicitation of violence, witness tampering, obstruction, financial control, communications, and cross-jurisdiction activity, as documented in the filing and its exhibits.

The exhibit binder includes witness statements, diary pages, signed documentation, and other records identified in the complaint. Exhibit 17 is described in the filing as Lesyl Medalla material concerning reported coercion, bribery attempts, threats, stalking, and related events.

The original complaint stays in the record. Later sworn supplements add to it, correct it, or clarify it. They do not silently replace it.
Publication places the filings in public view. It does not decide the case.
